Considering that the previous fixes did not work, it is entirely possible that this spur can be causing your present symptoms, since it was evident on the scan itself that there is slight encroachment of some areas of the spinal cord.

You might also experience progression of symptoms as compression likewise progresses, and treatment for this would involve multiple specialties like: neuro or spine surgeon, rehabilitation medicine specialist, or a physical therapist.
It is recommended that you ask your doctor about this angle, and see if this can be remedied both by surgical and non-surgical means.
