Cervical lordosis related to nerve damage?

Can non-specific straightening of the cervical lordosis be caused by or related to damage to the superior laryngeal nerve on one side of the neck? There is no evidence of subluxation, and the nerve damage was linked to partial paralysis of the right vocal cord.
