Cheek Numbness

Four days ago at work, a metal shelf bracket fell on my head and cut it open a little.  I went to a doctor and was told I should be fine.  Since then, I have been getting slight headaches on and off, and slight light headedness once or twice a day, as well as feeling tired.  I have been sleeping well besides being anxious about the possibility of a concussion.  This morning I feel as if my upper cheek/right below my eye area is falling asleep/going numb.  There's sensation to it when I touch it, but it feels a little tingly.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

hi,most probably you are about to develop black eye which is peri orbital hematoma.

This will wane of in a week or so.Other possibility is nerve injury.Best is to wait for a week or so.If symptoms don't wane off,do consult Neurologist.

bye and take care!

I'd also like to add that I've had a slightly sore throat and stuffed up nose for a week prior to the incident.
