Chest Pain

I am a 62 year male suffering from multiple neurofibromatosis may be from 50 years. My main problem is that I have very often chest pain, say 4/5 times a weak. Some times it is so severe that I have to lie down in bed for several hours. Pain killers help. My angiography of the heart has been done which was normal. ECG taken during chest pain have also been normal. Last ECG was done in Jan. 2008.
MRI of Thoracic and Cervical Spine along with contrast study were normal
I am suffering from palpitation of the heart. Only beta-blockers help. I am on repreprozol 20mg OD
During chest pain the heart rate goes up with banging of the heart on the chest walls, which lasts for several hours and is very discomfort able.
