Chest pain on the rightside

I have now had this chest pain in the right side of my chest couple of inches below the color bone for 6 months now and the doctors keep telling me its just muscular pain. I know its not, because the pain is different to muscula pain.   I have tried several pain killers such as ibuprofen, diclofenic,extolax etc, but cant take any as I suffer from nausea and dizziness.  Paracetamol or co-codomal does not help to ease the pain at all, and when I try to carry something heavy the pain is very severe.  When I take a deap breath I have to put my hand on my chest to ease the pain.

I sometimes get headache only on the right-side of my head and pain in my neck as well.  Sometimes I get a sharp pain in my color bone on that side coming and going.  At nightime when I try to sleep on the rightside it is very painfull, no matter what side I sleep on its still painfull.  When I wake up in the morning I cant put my right hand down to get up with as the pain is very bad.  Please explain to me what this is as I have had an xray which didnt show anything and the doctor doesn't even want to refer me to a pysiotherapist.

Hello.

Do you remember hurting yourself on the shoulder or the chest before this started ? Some times, x-ray may miss small hairline fractures.
