Chest pressure, tingling hands/arms
I am a 41 year old woman who is healthy and active.  I have been waking up the past 3 mornings with numb/tingling hands/arms.  I also have pressure in the middle of my chest which worsens with deep breaths. The pressure has pretty much been there the last 3 days.  Also, I have been having a weird, slow spasm in my upper back/neck between the neck and the right shoulder.  I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning and it usually takes me an hour or two to finish it, but I have noticed that in the past, on evenings when I have had the coffee in the morning, I tend to get the pressure feeling in my chest that lasts most of the evening.  But the numbness and the all day pressure in the chest is new.  Should I be worried about blocked arteries or TIA?
