Chronic Microvascular Ischemic Gliosis

I have suffered from chronic, daily headaches for almost four years. I had an MRI and found out that I have "a few small foci of T2 hyerintensity in the peripheral white matter along the frontal and pariental lobes bilaterally" and "chronic microvascular ischemic gliosis is the leading possibility and demyelination appears less likely." I don't exactly understand what this means, even after researching it online. Is this the cause of my headaches? Will these lesions get larger? Will it lead to demyelination? Is it life threatening or will I end up with dementia or MS? I am only 26 years old.
