Chronic headaches

I have been having headaches for at least the last 10 years (or more).  The last few years, I go for weeks at a time (even months) with a headache almost daily.  I've been seeing a neurologist for a couple years, but I have gotten no relief.  I had sinus surgery a few years ago, thinking that was the cause, but it didn't help my headaches at all.  Since then, I've had a sinus CAT scan & it was normal.  I've also had a brain scan(?) and it showed everything was normal also.  The headaches feel like sinus headaches - pain is centralized in front -- forehead, around eyes & nose.  My neurologist has tried many different drugs - most of which are used to treat tension headaches - none have helped.  To relieve the pain, I usually take Advil or Tylenol.  What do I do next?
