HELLO,It happens when i am stress,i have a sort of dizzienes,i am 37 years old,when i ment dizzinies,it hapend when i am stressed and very tired,nearly every few months,i feel that i dont know where i am for a few seconds,like i dont feel the place.i is a strange feeling,and know one knows were it comes from.i have been once to a niorology doctor who told me that i am very stressed and tired ,like a lemon that was squessed lemon.
i just dont know some times what to do.

You do really need to get this further checked out. Maybe it is just stress and maybe it's just that your body can't handle it. But it may be something worse like you are heading for a stroke, or you have an autoimmune disease etc. Go to a neurologist that will take the time to test you thoroughly, brain MRI, blood tests etc. I have a friend who has a teenage daughter that went thru 12 doctors over 2 years before she was finally diagnosed  with lupus (that is not that hard to find), vasculitis (autoimmune that causes blood vessels to become inflamed and sometimes shut down), and rheumatoid arthritis.  So what  I am saying is to pursue good medical help immediately and don't give up.

I am in a situation where I've had problems with a mild stroke and a as yet undiagnosed autoimmune disease.
