Clonus causes issue with daily life activities

I've seen on other posts that clonus can cause trouble with putting shoes on or getting out of bed, could anyone give me more examples of activities they find hard to perform due to clonus and why?

I have spinal myoclonus and have difficulty with most things, it started 4 years ago and I have deteriorated to where anything I do is painful, awkward and clumsy. The pain I suffer now I believe is due to 4 years of jerking and my body has started to give out, I have just turned 49 and feel 94!!!
My day starts with pain on waking, rolling out of bed into a sitting position, struggling to put slippers on, brushing my teeth, getting downstairs, drinking my coffee and so it goes until I go to bed and carry on with pain and jerking in bed (even while asleep)!
Some life, maybe one day they will find out why it happens and find a cure.
Hope you don't suffer too much.
