Cold chills in my arms then work up to my head???

So..I'm just starting to worry. For the last year I have been really sensitive to cold. Like even if there is a little chill in the air. All of a sudden I get goosebumps on my arms then I get this chill from the back of my neck up to my head. I get really white and get ance like scars (even though I haven't had much ance in my past)  I wish I could explain the feeling better but it"s like a tingling, cold feeling. Then when I start feeling hot or just a little anxious I get REAL red in the face, I can start feeling it come on. When I went to the doctor they only saw the redness and said it was roseaca but I don't think thats all of it. I react to cold sensations real quick, and its almost like my whole body isn't cold but my arms and then my head react only. Does anyone have this feeling? I have anxiety problems but I have this feeling sensation a lot even if I'm alone. If it was anxiety I think it would only happen when I start feeling anxious but maybe I'm wrong...? I just wish I could figure it out :( Any anwers would help wonderfully!! Thanks!! :)
