Cold feet, warm with hot water bottle then feel nauseous

There is a possibility I have MS, I'm going to hospital to get tested over next few weeks. MRI appears positive for it. Anyways, I always have freezing cold feet. If I put a hot water bottle on my feet, then I feel sick by the heat on my feet. Is this a temperature increase issue caused by the hot water bottle due to the possible MS? Anyone ever had symptoms brought on by warming up freezing cold feet?
