Cold liquid sensation

I have been experiencing cold sensation in my body, when I sit on the edge of my bed or laying down, I feel a cold liquid sensation like I just wet myself but my clothes is never wet.  Recently this same liquid sensation feeling now goes across my chest and my stomach.  I experience no pain, numbness, or tingling, only the cold liquid.  What could this be and what could cause this and is there something I can do to stop or control it.
Thanks
MedDoc.

I TOO have had those VERY SAME symptoms. Started about 1 year ago. Has come and gone over that time and now I seem to have it almost 1x/week. Concerning for sure. Any answers you've gotten would be helpful. Heading to my doc next week...
