Cold sensation in legs and Hands

Hi,

I am feeling severe cold senstion in my both legs, its not continious but happens most of the time in a day, its like some one had put ice on sevral part of my legs, by touching its not so cold but its feeling lke cold. Same thing happens to my hand also and sometime to some part of brain also.
Apart from thing when I sit for 10-15 min on chair I fell severe tingling and numbnes in m legs.
I had done CT scan, MRI (P+C), Nerve conductance test, ECG, EEG all the test shows normal.
i am very much worried what is going wrong with me. Please help me.
