Colon vibrations

Was recently diagnosed with chronic EBV and then began experiencing Crohn's-like symptoms--bad cramping, abdominal pain, blood in stools, vaginal spotting. for days when i ate solid foods, and even some liquids, i went into allergic-like reactions almost immediately after the food was put in my mouth. worst of all, have been shaking violently inside. it seems to be coming from my lower colon, but possibly also my legs. it even feels like my brain is shaking at times. have had a MRI within the past several years and been evaluated by a neurologist, but he said i looked fine. at that time, was shaking externally (twitching). my white and red blood cells are low, but my other bloodwork checks out ok--thyroid, etc. My B12 is also high, not low. Was diagnosed with possible lyme disease in 2008, but the tests were inconclusive. most recently, was diagnosed with cotton/wool spots on both my retinas. the eye dr. said a possible auto-immune disease. is it possible for a virus to live inside your CNS? was also diagnosed with CMV in 2010 (i had a test result of 14, which was extremely high).
