At C4-C5- leavel diffuse of the osteophyte complex moderatly flatening of cord. Uncovertebral left foraminal narrowing. StableStable angina Unstable angina moderate-sever right foraminal narrowing.
Your MRI findings are indicative of cervical spondylosis although a correlation with clinical symptoms and clinical exam is a must.
Diffuse osteophyte complexes are seen in this condition. The osteophyte complex usually put pressure on the spinal cord causing flattening of the spinal cord. There is also some neuroforaminal narrowing. Neuroforamina are spaces in the spinal cord through which nerve roots exit the cord and go on to supply the body.
It is quite possible that you have symptoms of nerve compression like tingling numbness in the upper extremities.
