Computer chair arms be possibly the problem

Computer chair arms be possibly the problem

I too have suddenly developed this sudden weakness/ache in both upper arms etc and wonder if it could be from sitting in a computer chair with arms and leaning on our elbows so much while working on a computer.  I had an EKG and physical this spring, am age 61 and can't figure out what this is.  I did have back problems last fall and wonder too if it is some type of nerve problem from the back to the arms.  After I sit down for a few minutes and relax it goes away but it really scarey when it happens.

It's possible this all could be related to long periods of time in front of a computer and sitting in the type of chair you have.  .  

Have you consulted your physician about this yet?
