Concern

Hello! 24yr M.  Here is my story.  

1. Opthalmologist said my cornea was chipped. My eye was trying to  produce mucous/boogers to relieve the irritation and dry eyes. She also noticed nose irritation.  She prescribed natural tears for the irritation adn flucasone for my nasal congestion.

2.  Trouble breathing.  I have had pain/irritation in my upperchest/inferior part of neck.  Feels like my airway is narrowed/blocked/obstructed.  I have shortness of breath due to my difficulty breathings.  Also whistling/train whislte sounds from lower neck/upperchest. Breathing is labored/difficult.

3. Neuro symptoms.  Hand weakness.  Hand pain. I.e. when I grip something tight, hurts to open hand back up. Fingers tremble, especially in the shower.  Chronic foot pain. I limp when I get up in the morning from my footpain  Aches/soreness in calves and forearms despite low levels fo activity.  I was also a solid kid, but there has been loss of muscle in forearms.  Dead wrists so I like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons.

I have had an MRI of head, C and T spine, all 3 normal.  Blood tests were normal.  EMG and NCS were normal. I have always been an athlere and rarely go to the doc.  The fact I went shows how concerned I am.  I know something is wrong.  Feels like my arms and legs are dying.  Also some days it hurts to breathe!  Any suggestions, or any ideas, Id appreciate the help.  Thank you!
