Concerned and worried

Hey everyone, for several months now I have had twitching in my arms, wrists, fingers and hands, which comes and goes.  When the twitching is in my right index finger or in my hand it is sometimes accompanied with a hot sensation almost like a fever; no burning sensation.  Yesterday, 06-03-2009, the twitching began in my left wrist, and lasted all day in the exact same spot, by that evening my arm felt very weak.  Today, 06-04-2009, there has been no twitching, but my arm is still very weak and aches.  The twitching is more like pulsating, like hard thumping; extremely annoying.  I have extreme light sensitivity, and I have recently noticed while walking my body seems to be pulling or drawing to the right.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
