Concussion and hits to head after

I had a concussion, not a serious one (I didn't lose conciousness and my CT scan was normal), however I am still experiencing some symptoms. Tonight, as I was laying down on my dorm bed, I accidentally hit my head against the wooden frame. It wasn't that hard, but is there anything I should look out for?

What exactly causes the filling of the sinuses? One of my symptoms entails a feeling of constant pressure near the back and sometimes temples of my head. My nasal passages are stuffed up too and it is November, but I'm not too sure about this.

I have only had the concussion about four days and I drank the two nights before, so I am still expecting this slight slowness. SIS can only form by sustaining a second concussion, right?
