Confusion

I am a 38yr old male

3 months ago we discovered I had a Cyst in the cerebellar region of my brain. It all came about because I had what I thought were 3 little seizures about a year ago. These episodes only lasted 2-5 seconds, and they were weeks apart. In March of 2010, I was was lifting weights with my brother and became extremely dizzy and fainted, never happened in 15 years of weightlifiting. I have been unable to go to the gymn since then because I kept getting more and more symptoms of varying degrees that get worse.

First, I had muscle pain - CPK was 600, but I was sent to a cardiologist for complete work-up - Excellent results.

In July, I had an endoscopy for GERD. Slight erosion of esophagus, but no cancer or damage. Given Anti-biotics for H. Pylori. This is when things started to get worse. Went on to have several panic attacks caused by strange digestive issues like Extreme Hunger 30 mins after a meal, Very Fast Metabolism, Excessive Eating but Extreme Weight Loss. BP 120/80

In August, I had a no-contrast Brain MRI and discovered the CYST around Golf Ball sized, center, lower back of the brain. I also had an EEG which was normal, but I had not had one of those episodes in months.

In September, I had a C-Spine MRI with negative results, but this was when my neurologist referred me to get an Abdominal CAT Scan, because he thought my issues with elevated CPK was digestive. CAT Scan showed negative Results for anything. Also my BP was going up 140/90, and before dr visit 168/100

I started to have Stomach Spasms and sore Abdomen, and I could feel the spasms in my throat.

In October, I went to see a neurosurgeon about my Cyst, and he sent me to a High Field MRI with Contrast. Last Thursday Evening, I went to get the MRI, which was fine until they injected the dye, and after my legs went numb, I had a massive panic attack and my Heart Rate was over 200 and BP was 200/138. I was in the ER for four hrs (Luckily my MRI was being done in the hospital.) For the past several days I have been fatigiued, and have pain while breathing, and one night it felt as though I was not able to breathe at all.

My Symtpoms Are:
1. Pressure Headaches with Vertigo
2. Muscle Knots that are painful, and all over my shoulders and back
3. Eye Pain
4. Muscle Tremors in Fingers, Toes, and Abdomen - Very Small but I can feel them
5. Stomach Spasms, and nausea
6. Liver Side Pain (Elevated AST) (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver)
7. Heart Pounding in Chest, elevated BP in 2 months
8. Sexual Dysfuntion, Epididymitus (No STD on tests)
9. Weakness and Fatigue
10. Memory Loss
11. Severe and Mild Panic Attacks brought on by symptoms

My wife want me to go an anti-anxiety meds, I want to fix the problem because I never had problems with Panic Attacks before, and she thought I was a hypo-chondriac until they found the cyst. I felt foolish going to the doctor every month with new symptoms only to feel like everyone was laughing at me. It wasn't until I said I had chest pain and seizures that I got referrals. I have all the best doctors in their fields, but when you wait for an hour, and only get seen for 5 minutes, it is hard to feel like you are getting the best attention to your needs.

My PCP, Gastro Specialist, Neurologist, and Cardiologist all say its caused by something not in their field, although neurologist agrees that the Cyst may be causing my brain symptoms.

I guess my questions are:
1. How can I tell which symtpoms are caused by neuro, and which are caused by gastro, and can they overlap?
2. If I have had the cyst since I was born, what would cause these symptoms now, and not over my lifetime?
3. I have a feeling that some of my symptoms are caused by digestive, but how can I be sure if CT Scan was normal, and endoscopy was normal?
4. What questions should I be asking?

Hi,You are not hypochondriac.Your problems are real.It has something to do with  exposure to fungal mycotoxins causing calcium to be deposited in wrong places.
