Connection between Transient Global Amnesia and Right Bundle Branch Block

My husband recently experienced Temporal Global amnesia and as a result of the workup was noted to have elevate blood pressure and an EKG showed him to have a RBBB. Is there a potential relationship between the two as after a week there have been no recurrance in the elevated B/P, amnesia or RBBB. CAT scan and MRI showed no bleeds and only a potential left thalamus anatomical difference that was dismissed as probably normal variant. I will be requesting the full reports as have only what was verbalized to us during his hospital stay, so have only this information at present.
