Constant Headaches- parts of head tender to touch

I'm a 35 year old male, and on 12/18/2010 I started experiencing health symptoms while travelling overseas- and still haven't recovered. I've always been in perfect health prior to the following symptoms:

Constant headaches and fatigue: The origin is inconsistent, but often orginate from my forehead area and the sides of my head (above and in front of my ears). Often wherever my headache is the worst my head is tender if I press against it. I feel foggy much of the time and have difficulty concentrating. The headaches throb and typically will attack various areas of my head rather than staying in one place. I feel pressure in my head- almost a sensation that I want to poke a hole in my head to let the pressure out. I don't have any issues with vision or light sensitivity.

Minor burning eyes sensation: This isn't really a pain issue, but rather a mild sensation such as when a person runs a mild fever. However, I haven't had a fever in over ten years.

Body chills: I only have this sensation occasionally (maybe once a month), and they last for a couple of days. When I am experiencing chills, I'm cold regardless if my condo is 80 degrees.

My medical bills last year were about $14k trying to figure out the issue. My ENT suggested that he perform a tonsillectomy. He persuaded me that my immune system was likely constantly fighting tonsil bacteria (I've had minor tonsil issues in the past). When my symptoms didn't cease, he referred me to an immunologist. I had a lot of blood tests, thyroid, allergies, etc. I also had a CT scan. Everything has come back negative, so I'm really at a loss regarding what to do next. Both doctors that I've seen over the past year just keep prescribing antibiotics.

Like many people with health issues, my quality of life has gradually gone from very good to being diagnosed with depression. My productivity at work will certainly suffer is I don't figure something out soon Thanks for any suggestions regarding what could possibly be going on as well as next steps.
