Constant Migraine

I have suffered with migraines for about 15 year, but for the past year they have gotten worse and I have more symptoms. In addition to the daily crippling headaches, vomiting I now also have severe dizziness, stomach pains and tingling in my fingers. I have had an MRI done and the doctors say there is nothing wrong with me. I know that they are not stress induced because I can be having the best day which is pretty often and then the migraines come. I have been taking Firocet for a good while, but they are no longer helping. Can anyone please give me insight? I am so tired of theses migraines taking over my daily life.
