Constant Trembling/Buzzing in my body

Hello,

  For the past couple of weeks Ive had a trembling inside of my body.  It doesnt effect my whole body and its not painful.  Its as if someone put a cell phone on vibrate in the center of my body and then called me.  Its very fast and i cant quite pin-point the exact location.  sometimes it slows down to more of a throbbing but then speeds back up.  It happens at night while im trying to sleep more than any other time and severely reduces the amount of sleep I get.

I've had heart tests done:  EKG, 2 Echos, Nuclear Stress Test, 24 hour monitor.  All came back normal

I get the same sensation from time to time and also during my sleep. The physicians I have seen so far  seem to think it is anxiety related. Anxiety is an awful diseases that can mimic symptoms of physical illness. The only way to diagnose anxiety is by process of elimination of any physical cause of your symptoms. Also, from your post you did not mention any blood work. Follow up with your primary care physician for additional test.
