Ive had a constant light headache for a while now. Its tolerable but annoying. I also do get regular headaches from time to time that need Tylenol. I also have trouble concentrating, thinking of words, spacey, foggy. These are the only symptoms. I ve tried researching but nothing matches just these issues. Other diagnoses have other issues.
Hi there. These headaches could be tension or stress related. These are mild to moderate constant band like pain, tightness or pressure around forehead or back of head or neck. These can last from 30 mins to several days. The severity increases significantly with its frequency. The pain is usually throbbing and affects the front, top or sides of the head. The causes are stress, going back to college, strenuous competition in sports, being overweight etc. management is painkillers, anti depressants, muscle relaxants, biofeedback and stress management. These medicines need to be prescribed by a neurologist after proper evaluation. You can discuss this with the neurologist as you go to him for the malformed jugular vein assessment. Take care and keep me posted.
