Constant lightheaded, tingling, other symptoms

I have been experiencing a lightheaded feeling, tingling, ringing in my left ear for about 3 months that has not been diagnosed and would appreciate any help.

It all started about a day after a round of golf.  I started feeling tightness in my left arm and shoulder.  My left arm also started tingling.  Within a few days, the left side of my chest was tight and had a dull ache around my left pectoris with warm spots.  Soon after this, the lightheaded feeling started.  Thought I was having a heart attack since chest felt tight but not like someone was sitting on it  and tingling in left arm/hand was more intense.  Went to GP and he did normal workup, blood test and EKG.  EKG and blood tests came out normal.  Blood pressure was elevated (143/95).  

In a follow-up visit a week later, still had lightheaded feeling (floating feeling) and dull ache on the left side of my neck to left side of back of head.  GP ordered head and neck MRI (without contrast).  MRI came back normal and he referred me to a neurologist.

In the weeks, it took to get an appointment with neurologist, tingling spread to left leg/foot and also right arm/hand and right leg/foot.  I also started having ringing in left ear.

Neurologist has done many test since that have come back normal Lumbar Puncture, Electrical/nerve tests (EEG, VEG, SEG?, etc), blood tests (B12, Lyme, Syphilus, HIV, cholesteral, lupus?).  All tests have come back as normal.  

I am waiting to hear the results of a thoracic and lumbar MRIs (with and without contrast).  The time between test to follow-up visits are very long and that is frustrating me.  In the meantime, I seem to be slowly getting worse.  I am now feeling pressure or odd sensations around my left eye.  Headaches on the left side of my head. I am more and more feel my heart beating in my chest, not palpitations but just not normal.  Tingling comes and goes but seems to get more intense lately especially in legs.  My left shoulder still aches.  My legs feel weaker. I do not have the same energy level as before this all started.

After all this I am wondering more and more if the NO contrast on the original head/neck MRI, is causing the Drs to miss something.  I have been reading more and more about circulatory issues.  My blood pressure has stayed at around 145/95 since these symptoms appeared.  I was always 120/80 in the past.  I cannot seem to convince my neurologist that my head and neck are were the problem seem to be. (at least to me).  

Would contrast on a head/neck MRI show a blood circulation issue?  Are there any other tests that would help my doctor to diagnose this?  Do my symptoms point to anything in particular?  I am feeling more and more helpless with these symptoms and would appreciate any information you might be able to give.

...did they check ur thyroid?...also they can check the flow of ur spinal fluid..it's call a CINE MRI...but u need someone that specializes in reading those...The Chiari Institute in NY has experts...u may have tests done locally and send disks to them for the read.
Also did u have an MRI of ur brain?......
