Constant twitching

Constant twitching

For about a week now I have been experiencing alot of twitching in my arms, legs, back and neck. My arms and my lefs feel weaker and I have a hard time keeping my arms and legs still.

I also have just below my left shoulder blade on my back and it runs up into my neck. I have a doctors appointment scheduled soon but I have been really worried about this. Is it possible I could have pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle in my back causing the twitching?

Hello.

Since the twitching is below the neck level, it is possible that you may have some cord compression or nerve root compression at the cervical spine. Usually the compression does not appear acutely. Your symptoms may have started in some area and then spread across others.

In addition, you also have some muscle weakness. This also hints towards a pinched nerve. Please get an MRI of the cervical spine done.
