Continue Headache

According to my  CT Scan Report Imprssion is  "Focal Lipoma of Corpus Callosum" but my MRI  Report Findings are "Fat density in posterior of Corpus Callosum" .
My Neurologist told that I have TENSION TYPE headache and suggest tablets like "profenid" and some other  I am using them for more then 2 months now but NOT A SINGLE PERCENT change occoured even now thats going worse because I can not sleep although I am using prescribed pills before sleeping. I slept two days ago and untill now I am o.k with my headache.
Normally I feel headache from back side or may be from Corpus Callosum like bombing. It is impossible for me to continue work whenever I feel it.
Do I am suffering from any abnormility or from LIPOMA.

Well, a person can live with a lipoma for a long time, unless it causes symptoms.  In your case, you do have symptoms, and you should go back and ask that neuro if he's sure the lipoma is how come you have headaches, and why, and then tell him the medicines are not working, so he can at least change those.  See, the lipoma could be pressing on a blood vessel or a nerve.  But if he for sure says no, and you indeed have tension headaches, you need much better medicines, and you should have a friend or relative rub out your shoulders real good several times a week, or take a lot of hot soaks in the tub.  Tension lands in the shoulders, so you need to release it.  Hope this helps.
