Coracoid Process & Scapula rubing Acromion

I was injuried Nov. 2,2002 when a kid fell on top of me trying to escape up a fence. His feet was almost out of reach he was up so high. He came down with his shin bone right on my Right trap in between my neck and shoulder. First MRI showed small tear in rotator first EMG showed sever to permanent nerve damage. Ortho sends me to PT 8 total weeks. Tried injections acouple times no results. PT brings more pain so therapist recamends EMG find nerve damage. Dr prescribes pain meds and no further treatment. Says no fix for my problem sugery would only make it worse. I have constant neck pain shoulder pain and pain in my shoulder blade area constantly. my spine from the base of my neck to the connection to my head is curved to the R. Most of my R trap from the base of my neck over to what would be a right trap neck muscle to my shoulder blade down to almost the base of my scapula going up at an agle back up toward the base of my neck and spine is missing. This cause's much pain.I have very limited range of motion in shoulder. I can only raise arm from side about 45 degree's before i can start to feel the rotator cup tear to tighten. Once arm is raise to 90 degress due to no trap arm is very heavy and pain starts to build no strength in arm raised that high. Constant tention build up in neck causeing pain. Does anybody have any ideas. I need anything at this point. I just want the pain to go away is there any surgery or something to help. THanks...
