Cortical dysplasia

Cortical dysplasia

My daughter has had seizures since 6 weeks, now she is 15.   It has been recently found through new MRi machinery that she has cortical dysplasia.  Her seizures were usually focal, however since she started her period they have changed to her becoming unconscious, confused when the seizure is over, loss of  short term memory and most distressingly she  is not able to control her bladder.  Is there a cure.  Has anyoen been treated and go over this and live a normal life.  I am thankful that her condition is not one that is terminal or any other type of diseases. but I still worry she will not be able to live a normal life wettingher pants as an adult.  She takes trileptol and vimpat presently. She has been on nearly every medication known.
