Could I possible have atypical trigeminal neuralgia?

I have had acute pain attacks which start on the right hand side of my face and then move around to the other side.  It feels like boring into my skull  just in front of my ears. My neck then aches both sides and I feel cold. My back right hand side underneath area of my teeth ache all time and during the acute attacks my upper teeth ache as well.  These attacks generally come once every 5 days or week with little warning. This started after a dentist botched a crown and I spend 2.5 hours in the chair with my mouth prized open, my head back with him trying to fit a crown that now was the wrong size as my teeth had moved as a temporary crown was not refitted after the first one broke. I thought it was TMJ.  These attacks are so severe that morphine is the only thing that really helps.  These attacks are actived by minimal activity and ususally occur around 4-5.00 pm and last till 11.00pm.  I am on 6 (75) of lyrica which helps greatly however my calf muscles ache after walking tiny distances.  I cannot walk on hard floor boards of tiles in bare feet as this hurts too much. I also get bad sinus infections and blocked ears. I am DESPERATE for a diagnosis.  Can you please HELP!!
