Could these be signs of MS or something else?

For that last 6 months now I have been having problems with dizziness and feeling off balanced, numbness/tingly pain and heavyness in my arms/legs (especially when I lay down) I have had a loss of apetite, cant sleep at night because when I lay down and try to close my eyes my head starts spinning and my legs get very heavy. I have also been having very bad back pains. I have an appt to see a neurologist on thurs but would like to get some input on these symptoms. ( I have an aunt and cousin with MS if that makes any kind of difference)
