Could this be MS or possibly Lymes Disease?

I too have been having weird skin sensations, like crawling on my skin.I can be sitting still and things look like they are moving. I get burning sensations like heartburn in my upper back and then my whole body will feel really hot, like heat coming out of it and my skin also feels hot causes me to sweat. I have had tingling sensation on the top of my left foot and left hand and also left side of face just a couple of nights ago. I have been getting a feeling of vibrating in my body for the past several years, in various parts of my body on and off. There are times when my right arm and leg have a feeling of heaviness, sometimes at the same time and sometimes one or the other. I have been getting feelings of breathlessness and even episodes where its hard to breath that lasts a few seconds. I get have periods of getting out of breath but it doesn't happen everyday, just on and off. Last night I woke up with this strange pressure in the upper left part of my back with a burning sensation. I felt breathless and started getting a weird feeling like pressure like a wave traveling down my body and disappearing. Thats the best way I can describe it. Kind of a drug down feeling. Weird. I sometimes get the feeling that my right leg doesn't work as well as it should. I have had strange sensations on my leg like either crawling, cold and or hot patches on skin. I felt this strange tug in my upper chest right side a week ago and then burning all away across my upper chest, and my upper back. When it does this I get real hot and break out in a sweat. I don't think its my heart because it wasn't racing. My pulse is pretty normal. My right lower back hurts constantly kind of pain like a bone against bone and ache. I can't even drive because just by putting my hands on the wheel I get a strange pressure just under my left breast and then my upper chest will start burning and go all away around my upper back, its like maybe something is wrong with the nerves in my neck or something. I really don't know what is causing this. Heartburn medication doesn't really help.Sometimes I even get a feeling of soreness in my lower to mid spine and have even had weird feelin of pressure in my lower to mid spine. There are times when I feel shaky and even shaky when I walk. I do have times when I feel like I am getting the flu, achy. But it is usually gone in a day or sometimes 2. I am getting pressure at time on the top on my right knee. I have had blood work done to check for Thyroid problems, sugar and and was told I was in the range as menopause. These symptoms don't all fit menopause. I have had these symptoms on an off for several years but they are getting progressively worse. I am at a loss.I have been to the emergency room several times thinking heart attack, but all cardio blood work comes back fine. What is wrong with me? Does anyone else have these kinds of symptoms? Please help me.

SSH measured 34-39 range. No they didn't check the B12 and D vitamin levels. The Dr did say that I was in the range of menopause, but I don't know of anyone else who has actually had these kinds of symptoms with menopause. I will have the Dr check my vitamin level this week. Thank you.

Believe it or NOT, these CAN be symptoms of menopause.

Your female hormone panel levels?   Any B12 and vitamin D levels checked as well?
