Crazy headaches for no reason

I am having awful headaches and its mostly on the right side of my head. Also my right eye has become blurry. in addition i have almost no energy and an extreme lack of sex drive. i am always dizzy an nauseous feel like i have to vomit ect... but heres the catch, i have had an MRI and a CT scan both showing nothing. sometimes if i take a decongestant it can help a small amount. i have been tested for athsma and allergies all coming back negative. i just want to know what it wrong with me, it seems like this just happened overnight
