Indications of head injury
Radial head injury, face, or other body parts are not uncommon, and there is probably not a clear scientific explanation for them other than to say a transient spontaneous activity of a superficial sensory nerve of some sort. If these frequently occur in the back of the head, and are accompanied by tingling or shooting sensations in a similar place each time, this may also be related to arthritis of the spine or a herniated disc in the spine (the upper spine, the cervical area). However overall all such sensory symptoms are common and in general are benign. Discussion of any symptoms that are of concern for you with your primary doctor (internist/family physician) is recommended.
Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
