Cryptogenic Infantile Spasms and Dtatp vaccine

My daughter started IS at 4 months and a half in the 20 hours following her first shot of Dtap vaccine (she missed the one at 2 months old).  She got on ACTH and failed it. She is now on Vigabatrin and in 2 months will likely wean it. It will also be the  time to slowly resume her immunization shots. I am worried because her neurologists always reject very quickly my fear of the Dtap vaccine and my daughter starting again seizures or else. I read one of your answer about the fact that it is OK to resume if there is an underlying cause of the IS.  They found no etiology and so far the CGH array and the CDKL-5 results came back negative. Should I go with the Dta without pertussis?
