Cyst or Glial Scar

Dr. Sharma I am sorry for asking so many questions, but you have helped me out a lot and I have just one more final question for you. Is it possible for my cyst of the brain to actually be a glial scar? I am wondering if they look the same, I read that part of a glial scar fills up with fluid so can a glial scar be mistaken for a "harmless" cyst?

I am under the impression that I have a secondary arachnoid cyst, and that it is causing all of my symptoms whereas my neurologist thinks there is no way I could have caused it to be there eventhough its in the area where I felt the sharp pain that night while putting pressure on my temple using my jaw during a panic attack.
