DIABETES & RAYNAUDS any connection?

i was diagnoised with diabetes in january 08  and raynauds this past week. they think i have had diabetes since 99 but have started feeling symptoms since 2002. they refuse to tell me i have neurophathy and now with this diagnoises of raynauds is there a connection of the two diseases and is this neuropathy and the effects of raynauds does this complicate either of the two.  feel lost on this issue    thank you for any help of this issue you can give me.  the pain is intense and can't seem to get any answers

I also have diabetes #2 and raynauds disease. I like u were blown away when I found out this.  I have had raynauds for quite a few yrs. but didn't know what it was.  Red hands all or 3//4 of time, cold hands and feet, tingling in fingers,etc.  I also bruise terriably. I can sympathize with u having these 2 diseases.  I take Janumet 2X' s daily for blood sugar and i  also have high blood pressure.  I was taking hydrocodone 10/325 for pain and soma  but have to find another dr. cause got 6 pain pills from er & dr. dismissed me.  ***** huh??!!!!
