DJ with right side head pressure and pain

I am a working club DJ exposed to loud music once or twice a week,just recently ive found that the morning after i wake with a feeling of pressure in the side of my head around the temple down to just below the ear,almost as if my head would explode if it got any stronger,it then fades after a day or two.
I dont get a ringing in the ears so not sure if its related to the loud music or not.
Has anyone any ideas? my doctor examined my ear and said it looked fine.
