DR ABHIJEET-PLEASE HELP PULSATING,HYPERACUSIS>RAGES<HEADACHESNEUROPATHY

Dear Dr Abhijeet,

PLEASE help me-

I feel like im going crazy but no medications have helped me-psychiatric(antidepressants,antianxiety,antipsychotics) or anticonvulsants etc and i dont know whats wrong with me-im living in hell and i think i wont ever get a diagnosis and working treatment and that the only way i will be free from this is to commit suicide

I am having continuous worsening symptoms for at least two years involving episodes of
*tingling in feet,sometimes hands,
*spontaneous full body sweating,
*muscle twitches,
*headaches(non tension or pulsatile in quality)-more like the sensation of hitting a brick wall, and /or pressure in head,
*occasional nausea,
*spontaneous huge extreme out of control rages-without reason or provocation,
*spontaneous hysterical crying-again without reason,
*atmosphere changes-eg:everything literally becoming darker, spontaneous horrible gloom feelings
*hyperacusis(extreme noise sensitivity),
*memory loss,disorientation,
*blurry vision,
*severe internal shaking/tremor in head-occasional in full body
*& then episode ending in
extremely strong and severe pulsating in stomach, toes, head and occasionally other areas too.

These
episodes range from two minutes to two hours approximately and happen
continuously hundreds of times day and night ie:as soon as one ends
another one begins and this continues even when im sleeping and i get
wakened by these symptoms approximately 10 times a night.

Significant test results:
*Eeg:slow waves over the temporal lobes-last eeg was normal
*Pet scan:hypometabolism over both temporal lobes especially the middle temporal gyrus and more pronounced on the left
*Mri:normal
*Emg:mild sensory neuropathy
*Ive tried many medication and none have helped at all

Have you had any patients like me or know what is causing theses symptoms?

PLEASE help
Thankyou very much

PATSY, if you are reading this, please chime in.GG

Mkor,
I read in your previous post that you are in Australia. I hope you will go to the emergency room hospital today, please. I think Australia also has a Crisis Intervention phone number, it will either be in your phone book under "Crisis" either in the business section or in the regular home section. You can also look it up online, try to Google "Crisis Intervention." I will do it for you here in a few minutes, after I make this post. Mkor, you are not alone. All in the world that is happening to you is you are having brain seizures, and as you said, the drugs they gave you have NOT helped, so they need to give you MUCH better medication, which is why you need to go to the hospital trauma center today. The hospital will immediately sedate you if you go in the way you are today. That is a much better solution than suicide. Until you can go to the hospital, you can call Crisis Intervention. I will look up the toll-free number on the internet now for you, and post it right after this post. Hang in, you are doing fine, just keep posting here as long as you need to, and others will respond.

Dear Mkor,
Here is the Australian Crisis Intervention phone number I referred to. Call them right away and talk with them. This number is good for all parts of Australia:

Lifeline Australia
13 11 14

And make your plans to get to the hospital, even if you have to call an ambulance. You really need to see a physician today, because those brain seizures are not good to be having all the time.

Dear Mkor,
It's the next day here, and I am wondering how you are today? Those brain seizures you've been posting about in your previous thread is what's making you feel so bad. I hope you called Lifeline in Australia or went to the hospital yesterday. Let us know how you are. I know what it's like, to feel like life is getting too hard, but you just need better treatment than you've been getting.
