L-3-L4, there is a diffuse disc bulge, bilateral facet arthropathy and ligamental flaval thickening and these cause moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis and mild pressure on the exiting nerves.
L4-L-5, post operative changes are present. Diffuse disc bulge, facet arthropathy and status post left laminectomy are noted. The disc bulge causes mild pressure over the exiting L4 and L5 nerves. Only a mild amount of enhancing fibrous tissue is seen at this level.
I had a laminectomy Dec 2002 for L4, L-5 S-1 This has all worsenede since then and additional levels have degenerated. I have severe pain in lower back and left leg. What should i do?
