Dexamethasone Iontophoresis allergy

i had 2 treatments at PT and being i am super sensitive to pain i could only go to 2.0  i felt light headed and dizzy in waves so after the 45 min to absorb this for my artheritic and pinched nerves in my shoulder i left to get something to eat and drink i din't feel good, so i went to the pharmacy to pick up my new rx of this and i started feeling like i would pass out i ran to the bathroom and dumped to be frank , i then started to feel like a walking wet  noodle and the rooom started spinning i asked the pharmacist he said call your Dr. by the time i called the Dr my face and jaw was feeling numb i had a lump below my left ear  like an enlarged node  so i ended up in the ER it was 4 hr of vertigo  i could not even go to the bathroom i was dizzy like a frog in a blender,  had; to keep my eyes closed the sides effects said all of this and more  yet the ER dr did not beleive my symptoms were related to this treatment since i am allergic to LOTS of stuff no morphine no codeine no loritab and now no Iontophoresis Dexamethasone would love to know what you think my arm felt great for 4 days but i dont dare do this again.. its like it traveled to my face
