Diagnosis

I have a question I was just recently diagnosed with ms. For a bout a monthe know i have had off and numbess and tingling on my feet.. the mri showed a few white spots as she described as white lesions on my brain and spine.. My question is should I just accept the diagnosis?? she has not tested me for other things to rule out?? Im only 24 and I have 3 children I've been sick to my stomach with worry..
