Difference in symptons of L4,L5 herniated disc and of one between shoulder blade

I have two lamenectomys of L4,L5, recently I have had a lot of pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades. Also severe muscle spasms from my shoulder blades up to the base of my neck. I wanted to know if there would be a difference between the symptoms of lower back ruptures compared to what a herniated disc between my shoulder blades. I ask because I have a lot of pain but it does not feel the same as other herniated disc did.
please tell me what the symptons would feel like if a disc in that ruptured
