Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Your case sounds very complex and would best be handled by a specialized spine neurosurgeon. Movements can affect the disc and how it pushes on the nerves coming from the spinal cord, producing pain and numbness/weakness with certain positions. The contortioned movements you describe postop and ?"snaps" could certainly have caused complications with respect to the positioning and integrity of the hardware they put in. The CT spine would be helpful in looking at the hardware and myelogram as to the integrity of the cord. Good luck.
