Disorientation and forgetfulness induced by visual stimulus; what's wrong?

I've had this since I was a child, but I've never gone to the doctors about it because it doesn't seem so serious. Still, I'd like to know what's going on.

Ever since I can remember, whenever I walk into an arcade (the kind with big videogame cabinets), I get a sense of unrealness, disorientation, disassociation and forgetfulness. It feels a tiny bit like Deja Vu, and can be quite shocking.

I am now 20, and just these last few months, these feelings have been coming back, but induced by weaker stimuli. Right now, if I look at tinfoil or anything reflective being rustled, or look at bubbles rapidly forming in a pan of boiling water, I am suddenly hit with disorientation and unrealness.

The symptoms also very occasionaly occur when I'm typing at a computer and can 'sense' the delay between my keyboard strikes, and the respective letter appearing on the screen. But like I said, only very occasionally.

Could anyone tell me what's happening? Are they mini seizures or something of that kind?

Thankyou
