Dizzness

I had accident on Feb. At that moment I just feel a little bite dizzy and uncomfortable on my spine. After few mins later it become ok. But I had vertigo suddently on the end of March when I stand up. I still having dizzness but not vertigo till today. It's been 14 weeks. Sometimes comes with ear fullness. The emergency room was thought I had inner ear infection then they give me mycin. After I took that I start have trembling whole body and with irregular heart beat. But the sympton get less and less thess days but still have some shacking and heartbeat irrgular. But most effect me is dizzness, it sometimes comes with full ear feeling or some chock feeling on my throught. I went to take MRI on my spine. It shows I have straightening og the cervical spine and mild to moderate reversal of its normal curvature. loss disc signal on C3-4: 2-3mm central disc protrusion/herniation and the spine core appears contacted and slightly deformed. C4-5: approximately 2-3mm central to left soded disc protursion and mild ligmentous thickening. There's mild to moderate left sided neural foraminal encroachement due to disc material. C5-6:moderately large 4mm central disc protusion. The spine core is contaceted and partially deformed. The spinal canal is stenotic at approximately 8 mm.

May I ask are these can cause dizzness?  Since I went to see lots of doctor and all the test comes back normal.
