Dizzy all the time

Hi, i feel dizzy almoat all the time.. been to doctor had mri everything ok..but they have been more intense lately was asked if it felt like i was moving like vertigo but its notlike that starts off as light headedness and prgresses then very dizzy.. supossing to be goingfor mri w/ contrast wat diffrence will that have from normal mri and is there anything i can do my job requirers driving andbeen restricted from  that.. i could be sitting,standing ,laying down any way i feel dizzy any info that can clear up this for me i thank you very much
