Do I have MS?

Posted By P.S on July 24, 1998 at 18:00:32:

I have been having migraine headaches for the past two years. I had never had one before the sudden onset two years ago.
I have been taking verapamil and nortryptline for about a year and a half as a  preventative but I still have migraines 4 to 5 times a month.
I had an MRI done and it did show numerous lesions. As far as possible symptoms (besides the migraines) I have had loss of hearing in my left ear and dizziness which has happened several times but usually only lasts a day at the most.
I have had times when I felt so fatiged that nothing in the world would or could make me be able to get up and get going. I also have less feeling on my left side of my body than my right. I'm not completely numb but pokes and pricks feel less on that side than the other.
I know I have less feeling when it comes to urination. I don't have the urge to go until it's almost too late. I have to take a daily dose of milk of mag to keep my bowels regular, but I'm not sure if it's related or due to the verapamil and medication I take when I have a migraine.
The dr. at the time of the MRI  thought their was most probably another disease process going on besides the migraines and he mentioned MS, possibly mini strokes and left it at that. I would like to get your opinion as to what you think may be going on and what kind of Dr. I should see for treatment.
I am 46 and also have a diagnoses of EDS and Fibromyalgia.
I appreciate any advice you have to offer.
Thank you,
P.S
